• IP Address: Used for fraud detection and transaction location logging
• Order Amounts and Product Details: Used for receipts and tax obligations

• App Usage Statistics: Used to optimize features and pricing strategies

Device Information (Critical for Payment Security)

• Device Type and Operating System: Used for fraud prevention and risk assessment

California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)

• Commercial Information: Transaction history

• Geolocation Data: IP address (fraud prevention)

Do Not Sell or Share: NiiNi does not sell or share personal information under CCPA/CPRA.

Non-Discrimination: We do not discriminate for exercising privacy rights.

Other U.S. State Residents

Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws have similar rights, including the right to appeal privacy decisions and opt out of targeted advertising (which we do not perform).

8. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed outside your country of residence, including the United States. Transfers from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland use approved safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Personal data is retained only as long as necessary. Payment records are kept for at least 7 years to meet financial and tax obligations.

Our services are available only to users aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors and will delete such data if discovered.
